Undercover agent Lee Min-Chin (Bruce Li) has daring plans to infiltrate and destroy a massive crime ring. Disguised as an electrician, he installs video surveillance at the crime leader s home.

With his inside knowledge, he should have a fool-proof plan, but Lee Min-Chin falls hard for the villain s daughter. Bringing the crime family to justice is his duty, but also his burden.
